Who we are
KiviCore is a young, innovative company based in Dresden, specializing in IP cores, FPGA designs, and embedded software solutions in the fields of cryptography and cybersecurity. Our mission: making the digital world safer with modern, tailor-made solutions that combine cutting-edge technologies with deep expert knowledge.
What we are working on
Cryptographic IP cores: We develop state-of-the-art IP cores that form the basis for secure electronic systems.
ASIC and SoC security: We offer consulting and co-design services for hardware and software to optimally protect ASICs and SoCs from attacks.
FPGA security: We support companies in the development of secure FPGA-based systems and integration into software systems, from security architecture to the integration of cryptographic IP cores.
Embedded Security: We support companies in the development of secure µ-Controller-based systems and integration into software systems.

About the role
Position and tasks
- Definition and review of technical security requirements
- Conducting threat analyses and risk assessments (TARA)
- Review, evaluation, classification, prioritization, and remediation of vulnerabilities
- Design and implementation of various security mechanisms in embedded devices
- Response to security breaches and troubleshooting
Your profile
Qualifications and skills
- Knowledge of systematic development of embedded software for FPGAs and microcontrollers
- Experience with the use of hardware security modules in microcontrollers
- Good theoretical knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic mechanisms
- Ability to translate cybersecurity issues at a technical level
- Ability to work in a team and in a cross-functional environment
- Analytical, structured, and proactive approach to work
- Language skills: German and/or English
- Permanent position with a high level of personal responsibility
